How do I earn FREE coffee?
We have a super easy way to earn FREE coffee from one of our favorite local coffee shops in Franklin, Tennessee! Just simply post a picture of your PK finds on your Instagram stories and tag us. We will DM you a digital gift card to get a FREE coffee on us at The Coffee House on 2nd & Bridge in downtown Franklin.

If I am a PK Consignor & have a balance on my account, can I use that towards a purchase?
Yes, absolutely! Just simply message on socials or email us at hello@palmerkennedy.com if you see something online you want to purchase. Or come see us in store and we will take care of the rest for you! Easy peasy!
Do you accept returns?
Return Policy
We do not offer returns to original forms of payment. However, we do offer store credit to be used on future purchases. To receive credit:
- The item must be returned within 3 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Store credit will be applied to your account and never expires
- Receipts are required
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Questions about Pop-Ups
Can I bring friends with me to a pop-up?
Absolutely! Text your girls, co-worker, family member, neighbor or whomever would love to shop with you.
Can I bring my kids with me to a pop-up?
Absolutely! We know it’s hard to sneak away or hire a sitter. We have children’s clothing available so they can shop too.
Will I be able to try things on at a pop-up?
Absolutely!
What payment do you accept at pop-ups?
All major credit cards and Venmo. No cash.
What brands will you have available to purchase?
Lululemon, Anthropologie, Madewell, Vineyard Vines, TBBC, Lilly Pulitzer, Free People, Athleta, Nordstrom Brands, Boutique Brands and so many more!
What type of discount will I expect to see?
Up to 90% off of retail pricing.
Do you have seasonal items?
Yes, we are a seasonal consignment shop. You will only see items that are season specific at the pop-up that you attend.
What sizes will be available?
Women’s - XXS through Plus Size; Children’s + Tween - Infant through XXL; and some men’s.
Is everything final sale?
Yes, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns. We will gladly issue a credit on your account to use towards a future purchase.
How does your pricing work?
PK's original list price will be marked through once the inventory has been in our system for 30/60/75 days. If an item has been in our system for 30 days, you will automatically receive 15% off, if an item has been listed for 60 days, you will automatically receive 25% off and if an item has been listed for 75 days, you will automatically receive 50% off. This applies to both pop-up and online purchases. Our price tags will reflect these discounts when you shop our pop-ups. Once the item is 90 days old, the item will be removed from our inventory and donated to The Church of the City's Wrap Around Closet to help foster families in need.
